Building and Groundworks Contractor

We are a family based company, with both Scott Craddock and Simon Clarkson involved in the day to day running and management, of both the company and ongoing projects.  The vast experience of the directors and senior management are applied to the benefit of the project, and therefore the client, to achieve the completion of projects and contracts above the client’s expectations.

We always strive to work in harmony as part of a team, with the client and architect or surveyor (if appropriate), as the other members of this team.  We want to deliver the project for the client in the most cost effective way possible, and we will make suggestions for alternatives where experience allows.

It is always our aim, that at the end of a project, the client will ask us to return in the future for any further projects, and that they are happy to recommend Erwood & Morris Ltd. to their friends and acquaintances.
