About us

Erwood & Morris Ltd. is a General Building, Refurbishment and Groundworks contractor, working for both domestic residential and commercial clients, on all types of property.

Our team of directly employed operatives in various trades, allow us to complete large portions of contracts ‘in house’ without the need to rely on sub-contractors, although we do of course use regular and trusted sub-contractors to complete certain elements of works where time, cost and technical requirements are the defining factors.

We have taken a conscious decision over the years to remain at a manageable size so that the directors and senior management know what is happening on each site on a daily basis. We prefer to have the ability to communicate with both the clients and our operatives directly, to affect the works taking place on site, rather than allowing these discussions to pass down the chain of command. In this respect, as a client, you know that there will always be someone with whom you can communicate, at a senior level.
