Extension & New Build

We are all lucky to live in such a scenic part of the country, which is enhanced by some beautiful properties. If you are considering an extension or new build project, you need to know that the contractor you choose will be able to either replicate the historic methods of construction so then an extension of new property will sit comfortably with its surroundings; or be suitably experienced in the use of newer construction methods and detailing, so that it contrasts and enhances its neighbouring environment.

We are used to working in different materials as varied as Bath stone and oak joinery to Glulam timber, steel frame and glass curtain walling; and all the combinations in between.

As a company we have the experience to carry out the vast majority of normal building works from foundations right up to the roof finishes with normally very little need to outsource or subcontract large parts of the works, which allows us to keep closer control of projects.

You will almost certainly have engaged an architect or similar professional to design your proposed extension or new property and, as a well established company we have worked previously with a lot of local architects and surveyors.
